itineraries deppending on how many days you have, since many can get
permit to take Friday and monday off from their jobs our packages are
written here as if they start on Friday but tours can start
any day, we just arrange the itinerary to fit your needs, easy.

WONDERS OF GUATEMALAN HIGHLANDS
ANTIGUA, CHICHICASTENANGO & LAKE ATITLAN ,

DAY 1
(Fri ) Guatemala City reception and transfer to our hotel in Guatemala City,
overnight at Guate City or Antigua
depending on your arrival time.
DAY 2 (Sat) LAKE ATITLAN.
the LAKE ATITLAN has been described as the most beautiful lake in the
world. It is certainly unique and spectacular, surrounded by three
impressive volcanoes. Weather permits you can travel by launch across
the lake to visit the fascinating lakeside village of Santiago situated on shore of the glorious LAKE ATITLAN, Overnight
in Panajachel at the Cacique Inn or similar.
DAY 3 (Sun) Chichicastenango and
Antigua . This morning you start early in order to witness the unique
Mayan-Christian religious ceremonies at
the colonial church of Santo Tomás and enjoy the most
authentic Mayan open-air market in Central America, where you will find hand made
handicrafts at low prices
(good chance to use your bargaining skills!). After lunch we continue
our trip high into green mountains and visit the ruins of ANTIGUA,
.is a true colonial gem, and this morning you will visit the principal
sights, which will include centuries old churches, convents and plazas.
Many buildings have been beautifully restored; others remain as they were
after the devastating earthquakes of 1776 and 1976. Overnight in Antigua
DAY 4 (Mon) Transfer
to the airport in Guatemala city to catch your flight back, depending on your
departure time you may have more time in Antigua
