DAY 1/(Dinner) Arrival day to GUATEMALA CITY – Arrive at Aurora
airport in Guatemala city where you will be met and take to
POSADA BELEN.
This evening you are offer a free welcome dinner to get acquainted and
be briefed.
DAY 2/ANTIGUA, Pick up at 9:30 a.m. to transfer you to Antigua, –
Here is a free day to shop, sightsee to visit museums, monuments,
churches and handcraft workshops in this
XVII century
colonial city,
overnight in Antigua.
DAY 3/ COPAN, (4AM to 7 PM) Call the Florence of the Mayas,
is a beautiful jewel located only 15Kms from the Guatemalan border, the
Maya rock sculpture finds its peek in this small but very rich
archaeological monument a great introduction to the Maya World. In the
afternoon you return to Guatemala
City.
DAY 4 /GUATEMALA
CITY /FLORES/CEIBAL
Early departure (5AM) to the airport to take the plane to Flores
in Petén, at arrival you will be meet to be take to visit El
Ceibal ruins, a beautiful site immersed in the jungle, to arrive you
will take a small boat and in a true amazonic style travel trough the
biggest Mesoamerican river call Rio La Pasion. In the afternoon you
return to Flores island where you spend the night at a nice hotel.
Day 5/FLORES/ All morning by your own
you can visit Tayasal or the Canopy at Ixpanpanjul, then at 1:30p.m. transfer
by
deluxe
bus line Linea Dorada or similar to Flores, you will arrive around
6p.m. overnight at the Hotel Petén
in the Flores Island
or similar.
Day 6/TIKAL, around 7:30 to 8a.m. you will being picked up by the
representative of the Hotel Jungle Lodge or Tikal Inn to take you to
Tikal , 63 Kms., away, leave your luggage at the Hotel that you will be
staying in, then you will have your guided tour, (if staying at the
Jungle Lodge includes entrance to the park and to the museum, if staying
at the Tikal Inn they are not included), after the tour you will have
lunch, afternoon free.
DAY 7/ (Free Breakfast) Free time to re-visit TIKAL on the morning or
explore
YAXHA ruins
in an optional tour, @ 4 PM afternoon
flight back
to Guatemala City. Transfer to Posada Belen
Museo Inn. Farewell dinner at the
Hotel.
DAY 8/ DEPARTURE DAY FROM GUATEMALA CITY.
A morning drive takes you to
Guatemala City’s Aurora airport to catch your plane home

celebrations like Christmas, New Year and others may follows a different
schedule and rules according to specific activities, but includes same
places and non Posada Belen overnight stays may increase in price. This
